You will need to bring a yoga mat or camping mat or thick blankets for laying upon and a bottle of water.
You will need to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. TRE involves gentle stretches, laying on the floor and hip and leg movements in this position. So it is preferable to wear shorts or long pants with a comfortable waist band (not a belt). Ladies that choose to wear a skirt or dress may like to wear leggings or bring a towel or blanket to cover themselves when on the floor.
